A&A Apostolides Contractors & Developers is a Nicosia-based construction and property development company founded in 1987 by brothers Apostolos and Andreas Apostolides, with the real-estate development arm A&A Apostolides Developers established in 1992. Holding A-Class qualification — the highest certification available to building contractors in Cyprus — the company undertakes mid- to large-scale projects across both the public and private sectors, from Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education facilities to industrial, commercial and residential developments. With two generations of civil-engineering expertise, the firm designs and builds to the latest Eurocodes and delivers turnkey residences across Cyprus, currently including new three-bedroom villa communities in Pyla, Pano Deftera and Pera Chorio Nisou.
