Everywhere in Platres, you can smell the scent of pine needles and wood. The temperature in that location varies from -5degrees C in winter and up to +28 C in summers. Everyone can enjoy enchanting views of the slopes of the surrounding mountains and the blue sea. When winter comes, it often snows in this region. Platres has a modern, well-developed infrastructure with restaurants, cosy family hotels, highway roads in the Troodos Mountains. In 20-minute drive, there is the pinnacle of Mount Olympus, which operates during winter as a ski resort with lifts. -The complex has its own infrastructure: full energy and water supply, canalization, the Internet; -individual parking; -recreation zone; -gated complex with the controlled entrance.
