Livestock field in Xylofagou Community in Larnaca District, located at a distance of 3 km (approx.) northwest of the center of the community and 600 meters (approx.) west of the connecting road Xylofagou-Avgorou.It has an irregular shape and a level surface. It abutsonto a public road along its northern boundary with a frontage of 130 meters (approx.).The property falls within the Livestock Zone (Γγ1) which allows a maximum building density of 30%.It is noted that the property falls within the consolidation area.Moreover, the field is suitable for farming, as it has a fertile soil, ideal for cultivation.Note:Consolidation completed (4/ΕΣ/517875/1980)
