On the lower level of the villa there is a lower deck with cozy secluded areas next to a waterfall, a bridge, a pond with goldfish and a private access to the sea. It is just 290 meters along a straight path to the seashore. The project represents the first buildings from the sea. The convenient location combines both the proximity to the sea (walking distance), serenity and peace.

The villa includes a heated swimming pool with water shower, umbrellas and new comfortable sun loungers – all surrounded by gardens.
