Lumina Mare

The Lumina Mare residential complex will consist of 20 floors, housing 54 elite apartments with panoramic sea views, as well as two luxurious penthouses. In addition to residential units, the complex will include commercial spaces, a six-level parking facility, and a rooftop pool, creating a resort-like atmosphere of seclusion.

The project's implementation cost is estimated at €40 million, which covers land acquisition, design, construction permits, and full completion of building works.
