Aqua Residences

Near the Nautical Club and almost on the water’s edge, next to the Larnaca — Dhekelia road, Vryone, where oil refineries were previously located, the construction of a new residential complex — Aqua Residences — is planned. According to the developer, two 20-storey towers will be built next to the Larnaca–Dhekelia road, in the Vryone area where oil refineries were previously located. The buildings will be 67.7 m high, with a total plot area of approximately 23,000 m² and a residential area of 27,224 m². The two buildings will include the following main uses:

AQUA Residences will include a total of 114 apartments, with one, two and three bedrooms. Gym and Spa Dining Areas Outdoor Swimming Tank Landscaped areas Vehicle parking spaces Roof Garden The ground floor, mezzanine and parking levels will be uniform and common to the two buildings. Also, the proposed project will include two underground spaces (one level) in the western part of the development block, where electromechanical equipment will be installed.

Notably, 1,294 m² of land will be allocated for green spaces.

The project is expected to take around two years to complete, with a preliminary cost estimated at €7 million.
