The Mediterranean Sea is a five minutes drive distance from your doorstep. The Beaches of Agios Tychonas are among the most beautiful in Cyprus. Both Larnaca and Pafos international airports can be reached via a well-networked motorway system, in forty-five minutes.  In general, it is a perfect location that ticks all the right boxes.
