The subject property is located in the parish of Ayia Paraskevi, within the municipal limits of Lakatamia. Specifically, the property abouts on Akadimias Street along its north-western boundary, which is parallel to the Pedieos Linear Park. Moreover, the residence is served by a fireplace “pini farina”, central heating, air conditioner “hayer inverter” in all areas, double Jacuzzi in master bedroom, filtration and purification water system, pumps and pressuring system, alarm system, monitoring system, CCTV system and an electric gates. Externally the residence benefits from a yard with trees, bbq area, covered and uncovered verandas, a salt chlorinated water swimming pool with grey puzzle ceramic and fibber optics colour changing surrounded by waterfalls and electric/elastic cover.
